精馏生产高品质锌粉工艺中冷凝器的研究及改进

摘　　要：冷凝器是精馏冷凝法生产锌粉的核心设备之一。基于锌粉冷凝的机理,本文设计了适合精馏法生产高品质锌粉的冷凝器,检测了该冷凝器的性能,根据检测结果与用户要求,改进了冷凝器的结构,使产品质量得到明显提高。在研究过程中,首次提出了以松装密度作为锌粉的一个新的质量参数。Condenser is the key equipment in the production of zinc powder by distillation. Based on the mechanism of zinc powder condensation, a new condenser is designed which meets the demand of production of high quality zinc powder by distillation. This condenser is improved according to the testing results and the de- mand of consumer. The quality of the product is enhanced evidently. Loose packed density is firstly used as a quality parameter of zinc powder in this article.
