健康与患脱毛症云豹毛中几种元素比较研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对9只来自野外和园内养大的云豹毛中锌、铜、铁、钙4种元素检测,了解云豹对这4种元素代谢特点与产生脱毛症的关系。方法:从云豹尾部的上1/3处采毛,用原子吸收光谱法检测。结果:在所检测的9只云豹中,其中3只患脱毛症的云豹毛中铜元素含量都低于4.4μg/g,其他3种元素所测结果表明与脱毛症均没有直接关系。结论:铜元素缺乏可能与云豹患脱毛症关系密切。4 elements： zinc, copper, iron and calcium in hair of nine clouded leopards in Changsha Zoo were quantitatively determined in order to discover the relationship of metabolism of these elements and the disease of hair loss. Hair from the top 1/3 of the tail of leopards was cut and examined by atomic absorption spectrometry.Results indicated that in hair the of 3 diseased leopards, quantity of copper was lower than 4.4μg per gram of hair, while 3 other dements did not related to the disease quantitatively.So copper deficiency might be the cause of hair loss disease.
