黄河上中游地区实施退耕还林还草政策对农业生产的影响——以内蒙古乌兰察布市卓资县为例

摘　　要：退耕还林还草政策对加强生态建设,优化农业农村产业结构,促进农村经济发展,增加农民收入,推进西部大开发和全面建设小康社会具有重大的意义。本文通过对卓资县退耕还林还草的调查,分析"进一退二还三"政策实施重点基础上,明确了退耕还林还草政策对区域农业生产带来的影响。即具体表现在耕地面积的减少,作物结构的变化,畜牧业的快速发展等方面。The policy of Conversion of Crop land to Forest and Grassland has great significance for intensifying ecological construction, optimizing the structure of agricultural industry, promoting economic development in rural area, increasing the income of the participating farmers, carrying forward the West Development and building a well - off society in an all - round way. Through the investigation of replacing agriculture with forestation in Zhuozi County, the research analyzes the key foundation of the policy＇ Jin Yi Tui Er Huan San＇ and makes it clear the effects of replacing agriculture with forestation on regional agricultural production, specifically, including arable land reduces, crops structure,hange, fast development in livestock husbandry, and so on.
