摘 要:从层面浆体胶结作用开始,研究碾压混凝土层面胶砂贯入阻力与层面力学特性的关系。从多个工程试验得出,贯入阻力与层面特性密切相关,胶砂贯入阻力低于5 MPa时,层面轴拉强度和粘聚力下降不超过15%。由此提出以贯入阻力为5 MPa对应的时间作为层面直接铺筑允许间隔时间。再深入到现场层面实时检控,形成了一套较完整的现场层间允许间隔时间测定方法。该方法已列入SL 352—2006《水工混凝土试验规程》。The effect of interlayer cementation of slurry was studied, so did relations between penetration resistance and mechanical properties of mortar interlayer. From experiments of various projects, it could be showed that relations between penetration resistance and performance of interlayer were close. The decline of axial tensile strength and cohesion between interlayer was not more than 15%, when penetration resistance of mortar was lower than 5MPa. Based on this result, the corresponding time of penetration resistance 5MPa was suggested for allowed interlayer of direct paving. After further real time checking at the site, the more comprehensive testing method of allowed interval of RCC in dam site was formed. The method has been included in the "Test code for hydraulic concrete" SL 352-2006.
