摘  要:水电工程施工导流的成败与导流标准的选择密切相关,导流标准的选择必须综合协调导流建筑物的建设投资、工期、系统风险率及其风险损失。运用多目标决策理论,建立了施工导流标准风险决策模型,通过对某水电站施工导流标准的决策分析表明了该方法和模型是可行的,并能较好地处理导流工程的施工强度、投资和风险损失的关系。For a hydropower project, river diversion planning directly decides the dam construction and has a consanguineous relation with the diversion standard. The relations between selection of diversion standard and investment, construction strength, risk and its losses of diversion structures should be coordinated. This paper establishes a risk decision analysis of river diversion standards during initial stage by means of multi-objective decision making theory. The case study of the diversion standards for a hydropower project shows that the method and model are effective, and solve the relation problem among construction strength, investment and the risk.
