摘　　要：目的评价国产硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、平行对照的方法。试验组服用硫辛酸和维生素B1,对照组服用安慰剂和维生素B1,用药观察12周。结果在4、8、12周时,试验组改善神经病变主觉症状的有效性优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后神经传导速度无显著性差异。两组不良事件发生率亦无显著性差异。结论硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变是安全有效的。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A double-blind randomized clinical trial was performed to compare the effect and safety between lipoic acid/vitamin B1 group and placebo/vitamin B1 group for 12 weeks. Resdts Neuropathic symptoms were amendment in both groups with better outcomes in the experiment group （P〈0. 05）. Nerves conduction velocity was not improved in both groups. Rates of adverse events were similar in the two groups. Conclusion Lipoic acid is an effective and safety drug in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
