摘 要:目的:探讨抗精液抗体与线粒体功能之间的关系。方法:制备抗精液抗血清,用其处理精子后,做精子活力分析、精子凝集实验、精子线粒体功能分析、体外受精及精卵融合实验,分别探讨抗精液抗体在体外制动精子的机制以及抗精液抗体与线粒体功能之间的关系。结果:抗精液抗体能够完全凝集和制动精子;流式细胞仪检测结果表明实验组精子线粒体平均荧光强度为91.45±21.02,对照组358.7±137.81(P<0.01);体外受精实验中实验组未见受精卵,对照组有卵子受精。结论:抗精液抗体在体外能够完全凝集和制动精子,可以阻止精卵融合。抗精液抗体可以介导精子的凋亡。Objective: To study the relation of anti-semen antibody and the function of mitochondrion. Methods: The anti-semen antibody was prepared and the sperm motility rate, spermagglutination, sperm mitochondrial function analysis and in vitro fertilization were analyzed. Results: Anti-semen antibody could agglutinate and immobile sperm completely. The average sperm mitochondrion fluorescence intensity was 91.45 ± 21.02 in the experiment group and 358.79 ± 137.81 in the control group, the rate of fertilization in vitro fertilization was different between two groups. Conclusion: Anti-semen antibody can agglutinate and immobile sperm in vitro, and it can affect the function of mitochondrion.
