云南省2005年血吸虫病流行状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解云南省血吸虫病流行现状,为防治工作提供依据。方法收集2005年查螺、灭螺和查病、治病等资料,并与2004年血吸虫病防治工作进行比较。结果2005年钉螺面积和有螺框出现率分别上升12.78%和4.44%。实际灭螺面积仅占实有钉螺面积的比例较低。人群间接血凝阳性率显著下降,粪检阳性率明显上升。急性血吸虫病例下降21.05%。结论云南省2005年疫情上升势头虽然得到了一定程度的遏制,但钉螺面积仍在扩大,人群感染率明显上升,急性血吸虫病感染时有发生,疫情态势依然十分严峻。Objectives To understand schistosomiasis prevail status quo of Yunnan province, and to provide the basis of prevention and control work. Methods Collect to check Oncomelania snail ifi 2005, die out Oncomelania snail and checked the disease, cure illness etc. data, and comparison with 2004 schistosomiasis prevention and control work. Results In 2005 Oneomelania snail area sum and having Oncomelania snail frame frequency rate to rise by 12.78% and 4. 44% respectively. Practically died out the area of Oncomelania snail share only the lower proportion of having Oncomelania snail area actually. The crowd PHA positive rate significantly descend, and manure examine positive rate obviously rise. The acute schistosomiasis cases descends 21.05%. Conclusions Although the epidemic situation rising power head of Yunnan province gets containment to certain extent in 2005, still the area of Oncomelania snail in the extension, obvious rising of the crowd infection rate and the acute schistosomiasis infection having the occurrence, the epidemic situation is still and very rigorous.
