大鼠阴道涂片的观察

摘　　要：目的:通过SD大鼠阴道涂片观察,及时准确判断大鼠的性周期,提高其受孕速度,缩短实验标本的收集时间。方法:观察36只SD雌性大鼠阴道涂片,并记录图像,进行分析。按普通自由交配法和涂片干预交配法分两组(各组n=18)进行交配,计算其受孕速度。结果:普通自由交配组雌鼠受孕速度高于涂片干预交配组[(3.9±1.5)d/只比(2.3±1.2)d/只,P<0.05]。结论:根据阴道涂片判断各雌鼠所处的性周期阶段,安排处于动情前期或动情期的雌鼠进行交配,能够有效提高整体受孕速度。Objective：To expedite the impregnation in Spragne-Dawley （SD） rats and shorten the time to sample collection based on precise determination of the estrous cycle phases. Methods： Vaginal smear of 36 SD rats were observed and recorded. Rats were divided into two groups for mating：group one was rendered pangamy and group two was intervened depending on vaginal smear （ n = 18 for each group ）. The rate of pregnancy in two groups was compared. Results： The rates of pregnancy were 3.9 ± 1.5 days and 2.3 ± 1.2 days in the Group 1 and Group 2, respectively（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The impregnation can be expedited by mating the rats on proestrus and estrus phrases according to their vaginal smear.
