摘　　要：中亚地区是除中东地区以外,世界上能源储量最为富足的地区之一,各国在中亚地区展开激烈的能源之争也在所难免。作为一个能源紧缺、能源利用效率较低的发展中国家,我们有必要充分利用自身独特的地缘优势和与中亚良好的合作基础,制定积极有效的政策措施,确保我国的能源安全,为实现经济的可持续发展和社会的持续进步提供稳定的能源供给保障。Central Asia is one of the richest areas of deposit in energy. It can not be avoided that many countries struggle severely for the energy of this area. China, as a developing country who suffers from the shortage and low utilization efficiency of energy, needs to make use of its unique geographical advantage and its solid cooperation basis and to make active and effective measures to guarantee China＇s energy security. All these will be very helpful to offer stable energy supply for Chinese economic sustainable development and social improvement.
