摘　　要：从阿勒泰地区旅游资源的特点、旅游业发展的现状及在休闲时代阿勒泰地区旅游业的发展战略入手,由功能型的跟随经营导向向情感型的引领经营导向转变的趋势,在进一步的提高阿勒泰旅游业的同时应注意战略方向、开放政策、加大信息化建设力度的研究。In this paper the characteristics of the tourist resources of the Altai region, Development of tourism and leisure times in the Altai region＇s tourism development strategy should follow the functional-emotional orientation to the leading business-oriented changes in operating trends, and the further improvement of Ahay in the tourism industry should also be careful of strategic direction. Open door policy, the proposed increase in building information technology.
