摘　　要：本研究先给出集体林产权改革模式的含义,强调了对其研究的必要性;分析回顾了辽宁省历次集体林改革的模式,并分别做出了评价;重点分析研究了辽宁省本次集体林产权改革的模式,特别是辽东和辽西地区的典型模式,以及这些模式在实践中暴露出的问题,并针对这些问题提出了政策性建议。In this paper, definition of pattern of reform of public forestry＇s property system was given firstly, the significance of studying it was expounded also. Analysis work, on those patterns had been applied in former reform of public forestry, was done. Besides, some comments were made about those different patterns. The stress of this text was put on the analysis of different patterns applied in the new period of reform of public forestry unfolded in 2005. Some week points of those patterns were pointed out and lastly, some advices were given so as to overcome those shortcomings.
