森林旅游资源经营权的价格评估实证研究

摘　　要：针对森林旅游资源经营权的转让已成为具有一定普遍性的市场现象,运用成本法和收益法,对某森林公园的旅游资源经营权进行分析计算,测算出森林公园旅游资源经营权的成本价值为1765.65万元,收益价值为3176.14万元,并依据市场交易的不同情况,提出3种不同的转让思路和方案。The management right transfer of forest tourism resources has been a universal market phenomena. Using by the cost method and income method, the paper analyzed and calculated the management right of tourism resources in certain forest park. It got the conclusion that the cost value of management right is 17. 65 million Yuan and the income value of management right is 31.76 million Yuan in the forest park. According as the different market exchanging, the paper put forward three dealing thought and scheme.
