脑囊虫病驱虫治疗期的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑囊虫病患者在使用驱虫药治疗期间的护理问题及护理要点。方法:通过对48例脑囊虫病患者应用吡喹酮和阿苯哒唑进行驱虫治疗期间的观察,及时发现和处理颅内压增高等用药后不良反应,进行心理护理、健康教育和出院指导。结果:48例全部完成疗程,治愈44例,占91.7%,复发4例,占8.3%,无严重并发症发生。结论:耐心细致地观察护理可降低本病治疗期间并发症的发病率,健康教育、出院指导是完成整个疗程的关键。Objective To study the problems on nursing the patients with cerebral cysticerosis during the helminthic treat- ment. Methods Forty-eight patients with cerebral cysticerosis were observed when treated with praziquantel and albendazole. The patients with side-effects like acute intracranial hypertension got necessary treatment in time. All patients were given psychologic nursing, health education and guidance of discharge. Results Forty-eight patients ＂all completed the helminthic treat- ment. Forth-four patients （91.7%） were cured, and four （8.3%） recurred. No severe complication was found. Conclusion Careful nursing and observation on the patients could help reducing the incidence rate of complications during the helminthic treatment. The health education and guidance of discharge were the keys for the patients to complete the treatment.
