年青蒲桃引种试验初报

摘　　要：对澳大利亚珍稀濒危植物年青蒲桃叶营养生长和开花结实形态特征进行观察,对一年生苗进行三个不同光照强度处理试验,结果表明:年青蒲桃基本适应广东地区的气候,在引种地不需特殊的保护措施,能露地越冬、越夏,叶、花、果能正常生长发育;属中性偏阳树种,光照不足影响幼苗生长;叶和花具有较高的观赏价值,可成为新优的园林树种。Xanthostemon youngii C. White ＆ Francis is the rare plant in Australia. Its leaves vegetation growth, morphological characteristics of flowering and seedling were observed. With 1-year seedlings as materials, the experiment was carried out under 3 different light conditions. The results showed that： X. youngii was adapted to the climate in Guangdong, it also can be safety during the winter and summer for outdoor cropping without any protection. Its leaves, flowers and fruit grow normally. Seedling growth will be affected if light is insufficient. X. youngii was a neutral with little sun-favored plant, its leaves and flowers have great ornamental value and it could be a potential plant in landscape.
