摘　　要：中国共产党和中央政府非常重视新西藏的开发。多年来,国家采取了诸如扶贫开发、西部大开发、兴边富民行动、扶持人口较少民族规划等形式多样的开发模式。当前,西藏已经形成宏观、中观、微观层面的层次多样、规模不一、前后有序、彼此渗透的开发体系。The Chinese Communist Party and the Central Government attach great importance to the exploration of new Tibet. For many years, the nation has adopted various exploration models llke exploration by helping the poor, the western development, the drive of developing the frontier and improving people＇s living and the plan of helping minorities with less population, etc. At present, in Tibet it has formed a chronicle exploration system with macro, medium and micro layers and different sizes.
