摘　　要：伴随着近年来的新校区建设,城市内原有老校区,特别是历史性校区的去留问题渐成焦点,如何保护与延续其独特的空间形态与人文历史资源成为当今校园规划与发展的重要研究课题。简述了东南大学发展演变的历史沿革,剖析了老校区空间格局的形态特征与重要价值,探究了快速发展下老校区建设面临的诸多问题与矛盾,并对老校区的保护与更新展开了研究与探讨。With the new campus constructions, the problem of whether to preserve the old campuses in the city, especially the historical campuses, has gradually received public attentions. How to preserve and continue the unique space form and the historic resources of humanities becomes an important question for study in campus planning and development. This article not only narrates the evolution of the Southeast University, but also analyses the space pattern and values of the old campus. Furthermore it inquires into a good deal of problems and contradictions, and thinks a lot about the preservation and renewal of the old campus.
