中西医结合治疗泛发性脓疱性银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察海棠合剂、紫雪丹合西药治疗泛发性脓疱性银屑病的疗效。方法：中西医结合治疗组36例，使用海棠合剂、紫雪丹合阿维A、抗力健。对照组31例，单用西药阿维A、抗力健治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组痊愈率分别为80．55%、6、58．06%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05），总有效率分别为91．67％、70．97％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：海棠合剂、紫雪丹联合西药治疗泛发性脓疱性银屑病血热湿毒型疗效显著。Objective： To observe the curative effects of Haitang mixtures and Purple Snowy Powder integrated with western medicine in curing GPP. Methods： Suppose there are 36 cases in the group of in-tegrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, using Haitang mixtures, Purple Snowy Powder and Acitretin; the comparison group has 31 cases, using only Acitretin to treat. Results. The cure rate and total effective rate of the 2 groups are 80. 55% and 58. 06%, 91.67% and 70. 97%, separately, they both have statistical significance （p〈0. 05, p〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is very effective in curing GPP through Haitang mixtures and Purple Snowy Powder integrated with western medicine.
