摘  要:了解04、05级毕业生就业方面存在的心理困惑,并提出有针对性的心理调适方法,正确引导05级毕业生顺利毕业与就业;同时指引低年级学生做做好就业的充分准备。To investigate the graduates' employment psychology questions, Propose the relative countermeasures and suggestions, Guide graduates to graduate and obtain employment smoothly; Furthermore guide the undergraduates to complete the full employment preparation. Method: Self-making questionnaire was filled by 266 graduates. Result : The principal mental questions of graduates include the following points: Confuse view results in inadequate employment preparation, lack of self confidence, employment pressure causes anxiety and worry, career foreground is narrow and limited, being short of independence, employment anticipation is unsuitable; The undergraduates' consciousness of employment and program is improved, But They have not more confidence. Conclusion: graduates can adjust own-self by urging, unbosoming, transfering attention, comforting, adjusting moodiness; If graduates want to obtain employment smoothly, they must do that: They must know himself and know objectively the society, They must catch up with the developing of society environment: undergraduates should have own goal and the development direction in the employment path he was a freshman, they should make great effort to complete the full employment preparation.
