牛黄降压丸对正常大鼠血小板功能的影响与作用机制的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察牛黄降压丸对正常大鼠血小板功能影响并探讨其作用机制。方法:健康SD大鼠分别给予牛黄降压丸不同剂量(0.3,0.15,0.075 g.kg-1)灌胃7 d,观察正常大鼠的血小板黏附率,二磷酸腺苷二钠(ADP)诱导的血小板聚集率;采用放免法检测血小板中钙调蛋白(CaM)含量以及ADP诱导的血小板聚集时血栓素A2(TXA2)的释放。结果:牛黄降压丸可以抑制正常大鼠血小板黏附及ADP诱导的血小板聚集,降低血小板中CaM含量与TXA2的释放。结论:牛黄降压丸通过对引起血小板活化功能的不同途径的干预,抑制血小板的黏附及聚集。Objective：To study the effect and mechanism of Niuhuang Jiangya Capsule on the function of platelet in rats. Methods ： Healthy SD rats were fed with Niuhuang Jiangya Capsule （0.3,0.15,0.075 g· kg^-1 ） for 7 days ; then the platelet adhension rates and the ADP-induced platelet agglutinate rate as well as the contents of CaM and TXA2 in platelets were measured. Results ： Niuhuang Jiangya Capsule could reduce the platelet adhension rate and the ADP-induced platelete agglutinate rate, as well as the contents of CaM and TXA2 in platelets. Conculsion： Niuhuang Jiangya Capsule can suppress platelet agglutinate and adhension by interventing different pathways of platelet activation.
