摘 要:目的:观察牛黄降压丸对正常大鼠血小板功能影响并探讨其作用机制。方法:健康SD大鼠分别给予牛黄降压丸不同剂量(0.3,0.15,0.075 g.kg-1)灌胃7 d,观察正常大鼠的血小板黏附率,二磷酸腺苷二钠(ADP)诱导的血小板聚集率;采用放免法检测血小板中钙调蛋白(CaM)含量以及ADP诱导的血小板聚集时血栓素A2(TXA2)的释放。结果:牛黄降压丸可以抑制正常大鼠血小板黏附及ADP诱导的血小板聚集,降低血小板中CaM含量与TXA2的释放。结论:牛黄降压丸通过对引起血小板活化功能的不同途径的干预,抑制血小板的黏附及聚集。Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of Niuhuang Jiangya Capsule on the function of platelet in rats. Methods : Healthy SD rats were fed with Niuhuang Jiangya Capsule (0.3,0.15,0.075 g· kg^-1 ) for 7 days ; then the platelet adhension rates and the ADP-induced platelet agglutinate rate as well as the contents of CaM and TXA2 in platelets were measured. Results : Niuhuang Jiangya Capsule could reduce the platelet adhension rate and the ADP-induced platelete agglutinate rate, as well as the contents of CaM and TXA2 in platelets. Conculsion: Niuhuang Jiangya Capsule can suppress platelet agglutinate and adhension by interventing different pathways of platelet activation.
