摘 要:针对目前潮流追踪方法在解决电力市场条件下网损分摊问题中存在的缺点和不足,将辐射等值独立法(REI)应用于网损分摊中,利用网络等值前后联络线上潮流不变的特性,先将原始网络进行等值化简,然后再利用潮流追踪法将全网的损耗依次分摊给各发电机和负荷。在充分考虑了各发电机和负荷对全网损耗的影响的同时,又简化了计算过程。通过对 WSCC9节点系统进行算例分析,验证了该方法的合理性和准确性。At present, the power flow tracing method which is the main method of allocation of losses has a lot of disadvantages and defects, so the Radial Equivalent Independent method is inducted to solve the problem of loss allocation in this article. At first, the original network is simplified by REI equivalence method, and then the network losses are allocated to the generator nodes and load nodes by the power flow tracing method. In the way the network losses can be allocated more sententiously and perspicuously. To demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method, the WSCC 9-nodes system has been studied. The numerical results demonstrate the method is correctly and reasonably.
