70岁以上老年退行性心瓣膜病与心律失常关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨70岁以上老年退行性心瓣膜病(SDHVD)与心律失常的关系。方法通过对166例SDHVD心电图或动态心电图分析,并设立160例非SDHVD患者作为对照组进行比较。结果SDHVD组心律失常发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),以心房颤动、房性期前收缩、阵发房速、束支传导阻滞为多。结论SDHVD易发生心律失常,以房性心律失常、束支传导阻滞多见。Objective To investigate the relation between arrhythmia and senile degenerated heart valvular diseases （SDHVD） （≥70 years of age）. Methods Cardiograms or eleclrocardiograms of 166 patients with SDHVD were analyzed and compared with 160 patients with none-calcificated valve. Results The rate of arrhythmia of the group with calcificated valve was obviously higher than that of the group with none-calcificated valve（P〈0.01）, and frequently arrhythmia was fibrillation, atrial premature beat, paroxysmal atrial taehyeardia and faseieular block. Conclusion Arrhythmia takes place easily in SDHVD, and atrial arrhythmia and fascicular block are frequent.
