天麻地上部分降压作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察天麻地上部分对肾型高血压大鼠血压的影响。方法:建立两肾一夹型(模型)大鼠高血压模型,以天麻块茎为对照,给药后测定并比较各组大鼠的血压,心率及血浆AngII、A1d含量,考察其降压作用。结果:天麻地上部分能明显降低肾型高血压大鼠的收缩压。结论:天麻地上部分具有降压作用。Objective： To observe the effect of the aerial parts of Gastrodia elata on blood pressure in renal hypertensive rats. Methods： Establishes the big mouse hypertension model, take Gastrodia elata as the comparison, determines and compares each group of big rat＇s blood pressure and the content of blood plasma AngII, Ald, inspects it to decline to presses the function. Results： The increase of blood pressure in RH rats could be prevented significantly by treatment with the aerial parts of Gastrodia eltata. Conclusion ： The aerial parts of Gastrodia clara contributes to the drop of blood pressure in renal hypertensive rats.
