摘　　要：史学界对曹操的用人思想多有论述,本文拟从其用人思想中重德的角度加以展开分析,着重探讨其重德的表现及产生的原因。There are kinds of comments on Cao Cao＇s personnel principles among historians.This article is to place emphasis on morality aspect in his personnel principles,and elaborate the indication of his emphasis on morality as well as his reasons.
