摘　　要：本文在简单介绍现网个性化回铃音系统管理平台存在的问题,集中管理平台建设背景以及建设原则的基础上,结合实际工程,对全业务网中个性化回铃音系统集中管理平台的建设进行了探讨。This article give a brief introduction of the problems of the concentrated management platform of CRBT system, the construction background and construction principle, combining with the actual project, and gives a discuss of the construction of concentrated management platform.
