摘　　要：按劳分配原则的实行需要特定经济条件。这种分配原则只能在公有制基础上的计划经济、产品经济中实行,它与今天的商品经济、市场经济存在矛盾。社会主义市场经济中只能实行按生产要素分配。The implementation of the distribution-by-work principle relies on the real economic conditions. While it applies to the planned economy and product economy, it contradicts the current commodity economy and market economy. Therefore, it is argued that the distribution-by-production-element principle is applicable in the socialist market economy.
