摘 要:在醇水表面活性剂体系中以TiCl4和水玻璃为原料通过水热合成得到了有序的介孔分子筛Ti–MCM–41,并用小角X射线衍射、Fourier变换红外光谱、紫外–可见光谱、N2吸附技术和高分辨透射电镜技术进行表征。结果表明:Ti4+以四配位的形式结合在介孔分子筛的骨架结构中,在分子筛孔道内壁具有初级沸石结构单元;分子筛具有双孔结构,最可几孔径分别在2.6nm和3.85nm,分子筛比表面积达到1030m2/g,与高分辨透射电镜结果一致。High-ordered, Ti4+-incorporated, bimodal mesoporous material Ti–MCM–41 was synthesized from glass water and TiCl4 in a water–ethanol–surfactant system and characterized by small-angle X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, N2 adsorption–desorption, and high resolution transmission microscopy techniques. The results show that Ti4+ was in four coordinate in the framework of MCM–41. Furthermore, the zeolite primary units were formed in the framework. The Ti–MCM–41 sample had a bimodal mesoporous structure with the most probable pore sizes of 2.60 nm and 3.85 nm. The specific surface area of Ti–MCM–41 was 1 030 m2/g.
