摘  要:在生长LiNbO3溶体中掺入2%(摩尔分数) HfO2和0.05%(质量分数)Fe2O3,采用提拉法技术生长2%Hf·0.05%Fe:LiNbO3晶体。对晶体进行极化后切割成片,再进行氧化和还原处理。进行了Hf:Fe:LiNbO3晶体全息图像热固定实验,加热温度为120℃,加热时间为40min,经过显影,在热定影实验中获得200h的无损读出结果。以Hf:Fe:LiNbO3晶体作为存储介质,进行热固定衰减时间、存储寿命τ0测试。结果表明:Hf:Fe:LiNbO3晶体中Fe离子激活能Ea=1.125 eV;τ0=6.1×10~9S:20℃下衰减时间为115年,比Fe:LiNbO3的衰减时间(5.2年)长20倍。Hf:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal codoped with 2%(in mole)HfO2 and 0.05%(in mass)Fe2O3 was grown by the Czochralski method. After polarization,the crystal was cut into several plates,and they were oxidized and reduced.An experimental study on holographic image thermal-fixing of Hf:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal was carried out.When the crystal was heated to 120℃for 40 min,the crystal could store images for 200 h after it had developed;after 200 h,the crystal could no longer store images.The decay time of thermal fixing and the storage lifetime were measured using Hf:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal as storage material.The results show that the ion activation energy of Hf:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal is 1.125 eV,the storage lifetimeτ0 is 6.1×10~9 s,and the decline time is 115 a,which is 20 times greater than that of Fe:LiNbO3 crystal(5.2 a)at 20℃.
