摘　　要：针对医院科研课题管理中存在的问题,文章提出将PDCA循环管理法引入医院科研课题管理中,使医院科研课题管理走上规范化道路,从而实现调动科研工作者的积极性,提高科研立项课题的数量和质量的目的。Aiming at the managerial problems of medical scientific research projects in hospitals, this paper proposes PDCA loop method into the management of medical scientific research projects for approaching the management to standardization, thus there may be more incentive for scientific researchers and the qualitity and quality of scientific research projects will be increased.
