摘　　要：在农村公共卫生领域,贯彻疾病的一级预防策略对促进健康新农村建设意义重大。文章通过近年来金东区实施的全区分类改水、中学生艾滋病综合干预、无障碍灭螺、免疫规划建设4项农村公共卫生一级预防核心举措实例介绍,对健康新农村一级预防核心举措的"疾控参谋、政府主导、部门配合、群众参与"模式进行探讨。In the field of rural public sanitation,carrying out the No. 1 preventing tactics for promoting the new healthy countryside to build means great. By introducing the four key actions such as changing water,comprehensive middle school students＇s AIDS Intervention,killing oncomelania with no obstacle,building of immunity layout and so on, to explorer the mode of ＂the brainman of the disease control,government＇s leading, department cooperation, masses＇ participation＂, being used in new healthy countryside.
