摘  要:目的研究接触化学原料的从业人员血球分析值及血清生化值的变化,为职业防护提供依据。方法体检合格初上岗人员为对照组,工作1年、2年的从业人员为跟踪组。用日本Sysmex KX-21血球分析仪,意大利Li-asys全自动生化分析仪对上述人员进行血球分析值和血清生化值分析。结果工作1年、2年接触苯原料的从业人员WBC、PLT比对照组降低,LYM、NENT与对照比较差异显著,接触二甲基甲酰胺原料的从业人员ALT、AST、γ-GT、TBIL、IBIT值升高差异显著,接触甲醛原料的从业人员除呼吸系统损伤外,小型粒细胞(LYM)、中性粒细胞(NENT)与对照组比较差异显著,其它血球值及生化值未见显著差异。结论苯对人体粒细胞系统有影响,二甲基甲酰胺对肝脏影响较大,甲醛对染色体及DNA有影响。加强防护意识,增加室内通风,改善用工环境非常重要。Objective To study blood cell analytical number and blood serum bio - chemical number changes of office employees contracted with chemical materials and provide the basis for occupation protection. Methods Three groups were assembled. Group A consisted of newly hired employees that had passed the physical exam. Group B and C consisted of employees that had worked for one year and two years respectively. These three groups were analyzed for their blood cell analytical number and blood serum bio - chemical number with Japanese SysmexxKX - 21 blood cell analytic instrument and Italy Lisasys full - automatic bio - chemical analytic instrument. The results from group B and C were compared with the result from group A. Results Employees that had contacted with Benzene in group B and C had lower WBC and PLT than those in group A, the differences of LYM and NENT between those groups were significant. Employees that had contacted with dimethylformamide had much higher value in ALT, AST, y - GT, TBIL and IBIT. Employees that had contacted with formaldehyde had outstanding difference on LYM and NENT and damage to their breathe systems, but not much difference on other blood cell number and bio - chemical number. Conclusions Benzene had influence on human body cell system. Dimethylformamide had great impact on liver. Formaldehyde had influence on chromosome and DNA. It is very important to strengthen prevention awareness, increase indoor venting and improve working environment.
