摘　　要：以人为本的科学发展观与共产党代表最广大人民的根本利益是统一的。以人为本,就是以人民的利益为出发点和落脚点。共产党要始终代表最广大人民的根本利益,必须确立以人为本的科学发展观,充分体现以人为本的内容和要求。The Scientific Outlook on Development based on the idea of ＂people oriented＂ is consistent with the concept that the Party should represent the fundamental interests of the majority of people. People oriented means we should take the people＇s interests as the aim and outcome. Always representing the fundamental interests of the majority of people, the Communist Party must establish the Scientific Outlook on Development, and fully reflects the content and requirements of the people oriented idea.
