川楝素驱猪蛔虫体外杀虫试验研究

摘　　要：运用超声波技术从苦楝皮中分离提取川楝素(Toosendanin),并用其对猪蛔虫成虫、第二期幼虫、虫卵作离体毒理试验,同时与临床上常用驱猪蛔虫药进行比较,筛选出驱虫效果较好的药物,为下一步动物试验和新型驱虫药的研究奠定基础。Toosendanin anti-worm activeness was isolated and extracted from Cortex meliae through using ultrasonic technology.The pharmacology activeness research present situation to Ascaris suum adults,the second phase larvae and Ascaris suum eggs in vitro toxicology testing.Compared with other drugs,the experiment select the better anti-worm drugs in order to research animal test and find new anti-worm drugs in the future.
