摘　　要：异位妊娠的发病率日益上升,长期以来成为早期妊娠孕妇死亡的主要病因之一。然而随着异位妊娠的早期诊断和治疗水平的提高,保守治疗成为目前异位妊娠的治疗趋势,包括期待治疗、药物保守治疗、局部药物注射治疗和子宫动脉栓塞治疗等。本文就近年各医家在异位妊娠保守治疗方面的研究进展做一综述。the attack rate of eccyesis is rise increasingly. It is the main cause to die in carly pregnancy. The expectant treatment is becoming the main treatment with the development of the early diagnosis and raise of healing level. The expectant treatment includes the expectation treatment, drugs expectant treatment, injection of drug in local and uterine arterial embolism treatment.
