摘　　要：恶性胸腹水是恶性肿瘤最常见的并发症之一,也是令医者颇为棘手的一大难题,它的出现提示肿瘤病情较严重,已到晚期。此时患者体质较差,不能耐受常规的放、化疗,常可选择使用中医药治疗或者与放化疗联合使用,常可取得一定效果。the malignant abdominal dropsy is one of the frequent complications of the malignant tumor. It is the formidable tough problem for doctors. The malignant abdominal dropsy appearance means severity tumor. At this time, the patient＇s constitution is weak and con not tolerance conventional chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The doctor could choose the Chinese medicine or the Chinese medicine combined chemotherapy or radiotherapy. There are some effective to tumor.
