摘 要:神火煤电公司葛店矿-600 m轨道大巷属于典型的软岩巷道,围岩具有大变形、高压力的特点,锚网喷加锚索等常用的支护形式已难以控制巷道围岩.软岩巷道可锚性差是造成锚杆锚固力低和失败的主要因素,提出利用锚杆兼做注浆管,可实现锚注一体化.基于数值模拟和现场观测,采用先让后抗的原则,在合适的时机进行了锚注支护.让压与锚注法在-600 m轨道大巷的应用结果表明:该技术能有效控制软岩巷道围岩的变形,是一个支护的新途径.The --600 m railway in Gedian coal mine of Shenhuo Coal-Electricity Company belongs to typical soft rock roadway with the surrounding rocks seriously devormed high pressured, making the conventional support such as bolting and shotcrete wire mesh hard to control the surrounding rock of the soft rock roadway. Aiming at the problem of poor performance in anchoring of soft rock roadway, we put forward an integrated method of anchoring and grouting in which the bolt functions as the grouting tube. According to the numerical simulation, in situ observation, and the principle of "yielding first grounting later", we practiced the grouting at a suitable time. The result shows that, by using this technique, the deformation of soft surrounding rocks can be effectively controlled and so is a new way for support in such soft rock roadways.
