摘 要:基于淮南矿区谢桥煤矿1151(3)综放面,煤层松软、渗透性低、湿润性差的特殊条件,采用煤层注水工艺技术降尘,在注水孔布置方式及参数、注水孔封孔工艺、注水工艺等方面采取一定的技术措施.分析实测结果表明,实施该套工艺技术后,煤层水分平均增量为2.84%,采煤机司机处全尘降尘效率为72.6%,采煤机下风10 m处全尘降尘效率为65.95%,回风巷全尘降尘效率为56.8%,取得了良好的降尘效果.通过现场研究,得出该套煤层注水降尘工艺技术确实可行,解决了特殊煤层的注水降尘技术难题.The coal seam of fully mechanized top-coal caving face 1151(3) in Xieqiao coal mine of Huainan mining area is soft and loose, and is of low permeability and poor wetting condition. Aiming at this situation, we adopted the technique of water injection into coal seam to reduce the dust. Certain measures were taken in the layout of water injection holes and in hole sealing. The in situ measurement indicates that the coal moisture is increased by 2.84%, dust reduction rate of the area around coal cutter driver is 72.6%, that at the place 10 m below the coal cutter is 65.95%, and that in air return roadway is 56.8%. So the technology of water injection for dust reduction is feasible and can well solve the difficult technological problem of reducing dust in some special coal seams.
