微乳毛细管电动色谱分析窗口的研究

摘  要:研究了微乳毛细管电动色谱体系中,表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、微乳液的内相、有机改性剂等微乳组成对分析窗口的影响。以甲醇为电渗流标记物测定电渗流时间,以强疏水性化合物菲为标记物测定微乳液滴(假固定相)的迁移时间,分析时间窗口的变化。最佳条件下,菲的迁移时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差小于1.6%和3.0%(n=6),体系稳定,重复性良好。根据时间窗口的变化规律对其进行适当调节,成功实现了5种水溶性和2种脂溶性维生素的分离,并与毛细管区带电泳及胶束毛细管电动色谱进行了比较。In the system of microemulsion electrokinetic capillary chromatography, the effects of mi- croemulsion compositions on migration window, including the surfactant, co-surfactant, core phases and organic modifiers were studied. Taking methanol as the electroosmotic flow marker and phenan-threne as the microemulsion drop marker, the migration window was analyzed. Under the optimum condition, this proposed method demonstrated good long-term stability and reproducibility with RSD of less than 1.6% and 3.0% for both migration time and peak area of phenanthrene (n = 6). By adjusting the migration window of microemulsion capillary electrokinetic chromatography according to the experimental results, five kinds of water-soluble vitamins and two kinds of fat-soluble vitamins were successfully separated. Microemulsion capillary electrokinetic chromatography was compared with capillary zone electrophoresis and micellar electrokinetic chromatography in the paper.
