摘 要:采用超高亮绿色发光二极管作光源,使用8cm液芯波导管和光强差测量技术测定食品中的亚硝酸根。样品分析采用国标GB/T5009.33-2003方法,线性范围的下限及检出限比通常的分光光度法低3个数量级。其线性范围为4×10^-8-4×10^-6g/L,检出限为2×10^-8g/L,RSD(n=11,8×10^-7g/L)小于1%。A method was developed for the determination of trace nitrite in food by using the combina- tion of liquid core waveguide(8 cm) and light intensity difference measurement(LCW-△I). An ultra bright green light emitting diode(LED) was used as the light source. A comparison of the analytical performances of the classical method viz. GB/T 5009.33-2003 and the proposed LCW-△I method for trace nitrite was made. The results showed that the linear range for the classical method was 4×10^-5-5×10^-4 g/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995 and a detection limit of 2×10^-5 g/L, and that for the proposed method was 4×10^-8-4×10^-6 g/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996 and a detection limit of 2×10^-8 g/L. The analytical results of nitrite in several kinds of food obtained by the proposed method agreed quite well with those obtained by the classical method but with improved precision.
