摘  要:本文对2005年、2006年的春、夏和秋季,福建省各养殖区患败血症的欧洲鳗鲡(Anguilla anguilla)进行超微病理学研究,经电镜观察,患败血症欧洲鳗鲡鳃、肝和肠组织细胞内检出疱疹病毒。鳃上皮细胞核内病毒核衣壳,呈圆形或双环状,直径约80 nm^100 nm,核心或致密,或空壳。鳃上皮细胞和成纤维细胞胞浆内可查见成熟病毒粒子,有包膜,呈圆形、核衣壳致密、直径约130 nm^150 nm。肝细胞和肠粘膜上皮细胞核内所查见的病毒核衣壳,呈圆形或双环状,多数核心密度高。文中还讨论了感染细胞核内与疱疹病毒核衣壳共存的直径30 nm^40 nm的微泡样结构的性质。在病鳗感染细胞内所检出病毒的形态学和形态发生学特征符合疱疹病毒科(Herpesviridae)病毒的形态。High mortality of cultured European eel( Anguilla anguilla )with septicemia were found in Fujian province. The ultrastructural pathological study of the septicemiacells was performed during spring, summer and autumn of 2005 and 2006. Herpesvirus was detected from the diseased eels by electron microscopic examination. Nucleocapsids of herpesvirus in the nucleus of gill and intestinal epithelial cells and liver cells were round and double-shell in shape, and about 80 nm to 100 nm in diameter. Virions in cytoplasm of gill epithelial cells and firoblasts were mostly round in shape, enveloped with an electron-dense core and about 130 nm to 150 nm in diameter. The morphological and morphogenetic characteristics of the virus detected from the cultured European eels are compatible with the morphology of the family of Herpesviridae .The nature of microvesicle-like structure about 30 nm - 40 nm in diameter in the nucleus of herpesvirus infected cells were discussed as well.
