辽宁竞技体育训练体制改革与对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、信息查询法等研究方法,对辽宁竞技体育训练体制创新与对策进行分析论证。研究表明:辽宁体育原有的资源优势、制度性优势逐渐变异,面临市场化与国内体育后起强省的双重冲击。辽宁竞技体育业余训练规模扩大,社会化程度不断提高;在市场经济条件下辽宁竞技体育管理要深化改革,进一步完善有偿训练、有偿输送的制度;充分发挥竞赛杠杆作用,发挥优势,强化县区业余训练工作,走集约化发展的道路。The system innovation and solution of sports training in Liaoning was analyzed through the method of documentary review, expert interviews, and information research, etc.. The result shows that, the advantage of Liaoning sports＇ original resources and system has been reduced, and now it faces the pressure of both marketization and competition from other fast developing provinces. Liaoning sports amateur training has enlarged, and its socialization has been enhanced as well. In the market-oriented market, the administration of Liaoning sports need the innovation of PE education and perfection of both paid training and payment transaction system. In addition, it should play roles in contest leverage, strengthen amateur sports training in rural area by its advantage, and to be intensive.
