辽宁省部分高职高专院校女大学生体育意识的调查分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法和数理统计法,对辽宁部分高职高专院校女大学生体育意识的现状进行了调查与分析。研究表明:辽宁省高职高专院校女大学生体育意识的形成原因主要受我国现行的体育教育制度、办学条件、经济环境、社会对人才需要及自身因素等方面的影响;大部分女大学生对体育锻炼能够增强体质(健身、健美)的价值认同较高;绝大多数女学生认为体育锻炼具有心理调节作用。因此,加强高职高专院校女大学生的体育意识教育,培养积极的体育意识及持久的体育兴趣和体育锻炼习惯,对提高高职高专院校女大学生体育教育的质量具有现实意义。This article investigates and analyzes the female students＇ present sports consciousness in parts of Liaoning vocational colleges by ways of literature data, questionnaire survey, discussion survey and mathematical statistics. The Results show that the female students＇ present athletics consciousness is mainly affected by our actual sports educational system, teaching condition, economic environment, the society needs to the talents and personal factor, etc; Majority of female students agree highly with the opinion that the physical training can strengthen the physique and the health; and they also believed that physical training can adjust psychology. Therefore, enhancing the sports consciousness education to the female student of vocational colleges, raising the positive sports consciousness, raising the lasting sports interest and physical training exercise custom, has an important practical significance to realize and enhance the physical education teaching quality for female students in senior vocational colleges.
