摘  要:目的:研究玄参科婆婆纳属植物水蔓菁(Veronica linariifolia Pall. ex Link subsp. dilatata(Nakai et Kitagawa)Hong)中的酚性化学成分。方法:采用75%乙醇提取,运用各种色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,用理化方法及波谱手段解析其化学结构。结果:分离并鉴定了14个酚性化合物,其中黄酮类7个,分别为3′,4′,5,6,7-五羟基黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-(1″→2′)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、4′,5,7-三羟基-3′,6-二甲氧基黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷甲酯(Ⅲ)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷乙酯(Ⅳ)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷丁酯(Ⅴ)、芹菜素(Ⅵ)、木犀草素(Ⅶ);酚酸类5个,分别为香草酸(Ⅷ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅸ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅹ)、原儿茶酸乙酯(Ⅺ)、异阿魏酸(Ⅻ),还分到儿茶酚(X)、大黄素(XⅣ)。结论:除化合物Ⅵ、Ⅶ外,其余均为在该植物中首次分得,其中化合物Ⅱ~Ⅴ、Ⅺ、X、X为该属植物中首次分得。AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of Veronica linariifolia Pall. ex Link subsp, dilatata (Nakai et Kitagawa ) Hong. METHODS: Extracted with 75 % alcohol, isolated by column chromatography on silica Gel, and purified by recrystallization. RESULTS: Fourteen phenolic compounds were isolated from Veronica linariifolia. On the basis of the physical properties and spectral data, the structures were identified as 3', 4', 5, 6, 7-pentahydroxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucosyl-( 1″→2′)-β- D-glucoside ( Ⅰ), 4', 5, 7-trihydroxy-3', 6-dimethoxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅱ), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide methyl ester ( Ⅲ), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide ethyl ester (Ⅳ), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide buthyl ester ( Ⅴ), apigenin(Ⅵ), luteolin (Ⅶ), vanillic acid (Ⅷ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅸ), protocatechuic acid (Ⅹ), protocatechuic acid ethyl esler (Ⅺ), isnerulic acid (Ⅻ), catechol (ⅫⅠ) and emodin (ⅩⅣ). CONCLUSION: Except for apigenin and lutelin, the other twelve compounds were obtianed from this plant for the first time, and compounds Ⅱ- Ⅴ, Ⅻ, ⅩⅣ, were obtianed from genus Veronica for the first time.
