米氮平与氯丙米嗪治疗伴有焦虑的抑郁症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨米氮平对伴有焦虑的抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将82例伴有焦虑的抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给予米氮平和氯丙米嗪治疗,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及副反应量表(TESS)评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果米氮平组和氯丙米嗪组疗效相仿,疗后HAMD、HAMA总分均有显著减少。米氮平显效快,不良反应少。结论米氮平是治疗伴有焦虑的抑郁症较好的药物。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of mirtazapine versus clomipramine in the treatment of anxiety depression. Methods 82 patients with anxiety depression were randomly divided into two groups, and give Mirtazapine tablets and Clomipramine tablets, The period of study was six weeks, The efficacy was measured with Hamiltion Depression Scale（HAMD） and Hamiltion Anxiety Scale（HAMA）, The side effects were assessed by the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scole（TESS）. Results The efficacy was similar between two groups. There were significant differences in the scores of HAMD and HAMA before and after treatment in both groups. Mirtazapine took effect more quickly and fewer side effects. Conclusion Mirtazapine is an effective antidepressant in the treatment of anxiety depression.
