摘  要:目的探讨桑叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法预试验考察上柱方法、提取方法、粉碎度对结果的影响。用L9(34)正交表优选提取条件。结果预试验中各因素对结果均有影响,最好的方法为:80目细粉,回流,大孔树脂柱层析。最佳工艺条件为:16倍于原料的80%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论此实验确定的最佳工艺稳定性好且简便易行。Objective To investigate the best extraction technology of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves. Methods The effects of chromatography, extract method and comminution degree were investigated by the preexperimental test. The extraction technology was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal form. Results The factors in the pre-experiment have obvious effects. The best method was as follows: powder of 200 mesh, reflux, macroporous resin column chromatography. The best extraction technology was as follows: refluxing extraction with 16 times of 80 % alcohol for 2 times (1 hour each time). Conclusion The extraction technology of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves in this experiment has good stability and convenience.
