摘　　要：成纤维细胞激活蛋白α(FAPα)是肿瘤相关成纤维细胞特异性表达的一种表面抗原,具有二肽基肽酶和胶原酶活性,在肿瘤的生长、浸润、转移中发挥重要作用。故以FAPα作为肿瘤基质标志物的病理诊断、肿瘤基因治疗或免疫治疗将成为可能。就近年来对FAPα结构特点、活性作用及在肿瘤诊治中的研究进展进行综述。Fibroblast activation protein α （FAPα）, a associated fibroblasts （CAFs）, is involved in tumor cells surface antigen especially expressed on carcinoma growth , adhesion, invasion and metastasis for its dipeptidyl peptidase and collagenase activities. Over expression of FAPα on CAFs and its special endopeptidase activity represent a potential target for diagnosis and treatment of various carcinomas, making it feasible to be applied in oncogene therapy and immunotherapy of targeting tumor cells. The relationship between FAPα and tumor development was focused, and a series of studies involving FAPα structure, enzyme activities as well as clinical diagnosis and therapy of malignant tumors were summarized.
