摘  要:为得到制备Ag/NiFe2O4金属陶瓷惰性阳极的最佳工艺条件,利用正交试验法确定合适的工艺条件.考虑了主要影响阳极制品性能的五个因素,每个因素又设计四个水平,通过正交分析研究了各因素对制品密度、导电性、抗腐蚀性的影响.实验结果表明:Ag含量越多,导电性越好,但腐蚀率提高;提高烧结温度或延长烧结时间,有利于提高制品的密度,但导致Ag的溢出,抗腐蚀能力下降;压制压力越大,制品的致密度、抗腐蚀能力提高;粒度组成中大颗粒尺寸不能太大,否则腐蚀率增大、电导率下降.最佳工艺条件为:压制压力160 MPa;烧结温度1350℃;保温时间6 h;原料中主颗粒直径为0.50~0.355 mm;Ag含量为10%.In order to get the optimum technological cnditions of preparing inert anode of Ag/NiFe2O4 cermets,orthogonal test was adopted to choose appropriate technological conditions.Five influencing factors and four levels of each factor were designed.The effects of these factors on density,conductivity and corrosion rate were researched.The results show that,the more is Ag content and the better is electrical conductivity,but the corrosion rate increases as well.Higher sinter temperature and longer heat preservation time are beneficial to density,but lead to the effusion of Ag from cermets and decrease the corrosion resistance.Higher pressure can improve the density and corrosion resistance.The size of main grains can not be too large,or it will result in bad corrosion resistance and conductivity.The optimum technological conditions were confirmed as follows:pressure is 160 MPa;sintering temperature is 1350 ℃;heat preservation time is 6 h;the size of main grains is 0.50~0.355 mm and the content of Ag is 10wt%.
