摘　　要：首先分析了我国地下空间开发利用规划编制现状,继而提出了一套完整的地下空间规划编制方法、思路和内容,并结合青岛市城市地下空间开发利用规划的编制进行了实践,认为这一方法具有较强的可操作性和实践性,对我国地下空间规划编制体系的完善将起到积极的推动作用。Through the analysis of the status quo of the planning method of exploitation of urban underground space in China, the authors insist that there are many problems existing in underground exploitation and development such as the framework is ununiform, the content of planning is vary from one to another and so on. The authors suggest that the current exploitation model will lead to a new disorder in urban construction. In order to avoid such a situation, an integrated planning method of urban underground space exploitation is put up, and furthermore the planning practice of urban underground space exploitation is analyzed.
