摘  要:目的研究老年雌性大鼠性激素和骨生化标志物间的关系。方法选用18月龄老年大鼠作为老年性骨量降低模型,分析大鼠血清FSH、LH、P、E2水平和血清ALP,TrACP活性间的关系,并探讨了老年大鼠体内雌激素的来源问题。结果老年大鼠的动情周期时相与青年大鼠明显不同,性激素水平发生明显改变。FSH、LH可以独立于E2而直接对血清TrACP进行调节。结论骨生化指标和性激素水平有相关性。雌激素降低是引发这一调节过程的重要因素,老年大鼠非生殖系统雌激素所占比例增大。Objective To elucidate the relationship between sex hormone and bone markers in old female rats. Methods 18-month rats were used as a geriatric model which lost bone. We analyzed the level of FSH, LH, P and E2 in serum. Then we connected the hormone level with the activity of serum ALP and serum TrACP to observe whether they are correlative. At last, we checked the source of E2 in geriatric rats. Results The estruus cycle in geriatric rats are different from the adult, and the level of hormone takes on a dramatic change. FSH and LH can regulate TrACP in serum directly. Conclusions The bone markers are correlated with serum hormone, and this process is aroused by the low level of E2 .The percentage of E2 from non-sex organ is bigger in geriatric rats than in adult.
