摘 要:目的对骨代谢生化指标在骨质疏松症中的临床应用进行综述和评价。方法从骨形成指标、骨吸收指标及展望三方面进行综述。结果骨代谢生化指标具有反映及时、灵敏性高、特异性强等优点,可以较骨密度,早期反映出骨的转换水平。结论骨代谢指标更好的应用于预测骨折发生的风险性,监测药物疗效,联合骨密度的测量,早期发现骨折高危人群。Objective To evaluate the roles of bone metabolic biochemical markers for clinical application in patients with osteoporosis. Methods This article reviewed the advancement of bone metabolic biochemical markers, which responded bone formation and bone resorption. Results The bone metabolic markers were high- sensitive and strong-specific to detect, and it could be more significant than bone density that reflects bone transforming levels in early stage. Conclusion The bone metabolic biochemical makers may be useful as predictive tools for assessment of fracture risk and clinical benefits of medicine administration in patients with osteoporosis. On the other hand, it would be helpful to discover the patients with high risk fracture in early stage in combination with measurement of bone density.
